Shipping Policy

At Mary’s Finds, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, and delivery times for our products. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Methods

All orders placed with Mary’s Finds are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This service provides a reliable and timely delivery experience, ensuring your products reach you as quickly as possible.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received and verified. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

3. Shipping Rates

We offer current USPS Priority Mail Shipping Rates for all orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen postal delays. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

5. Shipping Destinations

We will ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. International Shipping will use USPS International Shipping with tracking & insurance, only to an address that the USPS can verify. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, at this time.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays beyond our control, such as those caused by postal service issues, weather conditions, or other external factors. Mary’s Finds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by these external factors.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@marys-finds.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@marys-finds.com. We will work with the  USPS to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damage for our records and to initiate a claim with USPS.
